Hi, Ive been on here off and on for a while. Ive lost 16LBS and have also gain BACK 3 but only because i did not stick to it. I had a friend that was also journal-ling on here but fell off the wagon and so did I LOL I love myfitnesspal and know it really works. I'm looking for friends on here for motivation and support. Please add me if you feel the same, we can help each other,
