When does the real weight start to come off?

I have lost a lot of pounds and inches in only 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure this is all water, though because I greatly cut back my sodium. I'm sure that pretty soon my progress will stall because I've lost all the excess water and I'll start losing the real pounds. When should I eect this to happen?

In two weeks you are probably already starting to lose actual fat at this point. Normally water weight is lost within the first few days to the first week. At least that is how it was in my experiences.0
