Im finding that its all about portion size and eating slowly.
Im trying to train myself to eat for nourishment, not to mindlessly shovel food in my mouth until my stomach hurts.What I am actually re-learning is that I dont like the "overfull" feeling anymore, and that its ok to have a hunger pang here or there after a meal. If I do, I grab a snack. Looking at my calorie intake for the day BEFORE I eat a meal is helping me to understand what my limits are (or should be).
I already feel better...and the weight is starting to come off (finally) , because I am no longer eating until I am stuffed.
