how to get a flat stomach?and teatox?

i am on a 1800 calorie diet and i have lost 8lbs i was 207lbs now i am 199lbs and i want to continue with my weigh loss i have been lefting weights, doing planks, bicycle crunches and walking on my treadmill but i want to get a flat stomach as fast as possible and want any info/ advice anyone has (food, exercise etc.)

and also is a teatox a good way to loss weight

    The only way to get a flat stomach is to lose stomach fat. You cannot spot reduce fat so the only way to lose stomach fat is to lose fat in general. The only way to lose fat in general is to consume fewer calories in a day then you burn. If you are currently losing weight just keep doing what you are doing. A teatox is a great way to lose water weight, it's not a great way to lose fat.

    Otherwise nope, no amount of planks or other ab work will do anything apart from get the muscles under the fat.

    Eating certain foods won't accelerate it. Doing certain exercises won't accelerate it. Tea won't accelerate it. Plastic surgery will.
    If you can't go that route, then calorie deficit is what you do.

    Calorie deficit.
    As been said here,you can't spot reduce,im struggling with this and im pretty fit and workout 6days a week and im on a calorie deficit.You need to do cardio to burn that fat around those muscles,as someone said cruches only build muscle UNDER THE FAT ,yes having more muscles burns more fat but thats not nearly enough,you need to melt away those layers of fat in order to have that "flat stomach"

    Continue to streght train but do cardio and start eating in calorie deficit and you will have the results you want.
    And..drink water,the toxins you burn during your workouts leave your body trough your liver and kidneys ,in other terms..pee.
    you need to drink at least 1.5 L of water to "clean"your body from toxins but also to hidratate your muscles in order to the fuction right,you are working out you need to keep your muscles fed with protein and water,dont forget that.
    also water beats up water weight that you may have.

    "As fast as possible" is generally not a great way to approach weight loss. "As fast as is sustainable, healthy, and not miserable" is a better approach. Just keep up the calorie deficit. Your body will lose fat when and where it wants to.

    And no. Teatox is not a good idea. I don't even know what it is, but no. Just, no.
