I'm sure the fedex guy wasn't happy with me having a 100lb weight set delivered. Anyway, so I've never lifted anything besides spoons and forks.
Please direct me to a video or thread or something about how I can do deadlifts and squats. I've read some threads and watched some videos but all of this is like a foreign language and some things contradict others.
edit . I'm female 5'9 186lbs if that matters
