#help~

can somebody guide me or have a diet that might suit ?

Am i eating too much of these items , what should i leave out ?

any help on it appreciated thanks

6 ALdi savour baKes Crispbreads rye,

then dinner :3 pork chop veg or mince stew veg or smoked cod veg or meat balls tomato sce and veg , roast chicken and veg ,

then 3 caxton pink n white wafers

30 grams of salted peanuts,

then a lge bowl of bran flakes with fruit ,

three days a week i would have porridge for breakfast

so how bad is that

    Well, what you eat is up to you. When it comes to weight loss, it's calories in vs out. That being said, what you eat can effect your overall health and sustainability. Prioritizing proteins, fats, and fiber for instance will generally help keep you feeling full, carbs help with energy. Also, overall calorie intake is important. You have to find a suitable deficit for you, depending on your activity level. Here's a great read

    I think of foods based on their nutrient density, which really leaves it an open door for fitting things in you enjoy and still thinking mindfully and healthfully

    some people say what i am eating there is bad im beginning to think i should starve

    i do spinning classes 4 days a week and do thread mill 4 days

    Definitely don't starve! Keeping a moderate deficit and getting good protein while losing weight will help you look leaner (keep your muscles! !) As you lose. You don't want to lose quickly, or you risk doing serious harm to your body if sustained long term. People have misconceptions about fitness and weight loss. I used to get hell for eating ice cream and still indulging in fast food now and again. So as long as you're getting the nutrients your body needs, having fun calories is not detrimental. Are you having issues losing or are just worried about food choices? If the issue is losing, make sure you're weighing and measuring your food, logging accurately, and not overestimating burns from exercise but definitely don't give up. :)

    Being that I'm simple, I like to keep it simple; I keep my macros at 40/35/25 (carbs/protein/fat) and I just target those.
    Like SugaryLynx said; what you eat is up to you what I do is I eat foods that have the most nutrition for the bang, but every now and then I do treat myself. As long as you keep the treats reasonable it wont hurt you.

    I took a peek at your diary, and it looks pretty good overall. You have a variety of foods, including quite a few fruits and vegetables, so it seems just fine to me.

    At the beginning, the #1 most important thing is consistency. Don't worry about finding the "ideal" diet, because it doesn't exist. The best diet is the one you can stick with in the long term. If these are foods you like and are happy eating, go for it! Commit to logging your food and hitting the calorie goal that MFP set for you for 4 weeks straight, and then see how your body has reacted. You can make little adjustments from there, but keep in mind that it can take a few weeks for some people to see losses.
