Hey guys, I'm new here and am finally making the jump to lose weight. I have one question though, when you get cravings, what do you do?

Welcome there! It sucks that no one answered your question. Pretty much, if you get cravings, your best bet is to do the following: drink more water, eat a LOT of fiber (keeps you full), and also drink protein shakes before meals (You'll see that you'll feel satiated before you finish your meal). Other than that, it's pure will power. Envision the body you want, and focus on mind over matter. Or you can imagine yourself eating that delicious treat, which can be artificially filling lol.0
