Gaining Muscle and Bulking

I have had MANY great resources into the bulking and gaining muscle world... Thank you, MFP friends! But, I'm still a little lost.
I'll give you my measurements, so maybe you could help me out a bit more:

I am currently 5"1 1/2.
I am 100-101 pounds.

I exercise about 6 days a week- two of those days which consist of moderate intensity cardio and HIIT, the other 4 are spent doing lifting and plyometrics.

I eat about 1600 calories a day, sometimes less because it's hard for me to get up to that much!

What should I change or do differently? I know I need to increase the amount that I lift, and though I don't have someone around me most the time at the gym, I could maybe ask some other lifters around to help me out (totally stepping out of my comfort zone there!) I also know that I need to increase my calorie intake, but I'm just afraid it'll all come on in pudge. :P I don't want it anymore, unless I know for sure that I am getting a significant muscle increase.

Also, is it possible for more newbie lifters to gain 1-1.5 pounds a month in muscle? If so, how can I make that happen for me?

Thank you all! :)

Yea it's pretty simple, eat more calories. If you're having trouble getting them in, eat calorie dense foods, like peanut butter, cheese, and liquid calories like milk, juice, and soda. Also make sure you're getting plenty of protein. At you're weight a minimum of 82g is recommended.

    this.
    eat or drink more.

if you are having a hard time with eating- then drink- go for higher calorie options- ice cream- oreo's- soda whatever- smoothies- anything higher in calories and less feeling.

Cut all the cardio because this will not get them gains and you aren't eating enough to do both. Also cut the plyometrics, unless you are a professional jumper.
