Can I set up MFP for body recomp? +20/-20

Hiya.
I'm starting a lean gains type of program where my daily caloric intake varies from day to day. On rest days I'd be eating roughly 2000 calories, while on workout days I'll be consuming almost 3000 calories.
I've gotten to the body fat % I want and now I'm looking to increase my strength through use of IF and Lean Gains. Anybody that has had success with this, I'd love to hear from you.
It would be easy to leave my settings on MFP at 2000 cal/day and then just remember to consume an extra 1000 on workout days, but I know that my macros are going to be different on rest/workout days. For example, on rest days my carbs will be significantly lower.
If there isn't a way to adjust this, does anybody have a solution?

Program your workouts to equal 1000 calories. As for the macros, you just have to deal with it being in the red (or being short) some days. Just because the app shows a goal number for a macro or micro doesn't mean you have to hit it0
