How to fuel for 9 pm race?

Alright, so I have a dilemma. I am recovering from anorexia and so I have a meal plan have to stick to with 3 meals and 3 snacks. Usually eat dinner around 8:30/9 pm and eat two snacks later on. Problem is I am running a 9 pm 5 K tomorrow. Usually my races in morning and I don't eat before because makes me feel sick, but obviously being 9pm that isn't an option. So...do I eat dinner before, or eat a snack before and get over the yelling in my head that I can't eat dinner late (after the race) because will weigh a ton the next day?

    Personally, I would eat a snack before, and dinner after. If you are concerned about the scale, just don't weigh the next day.

    Snack before, dinner after. Eating later won't affect your weight goals
