Started C25k in March and first race in the morning!
I have to leave my house about 7:45 for a 10 start. Really freaking out with nerves but unsure what is expected and what I need to bring or wear. Should be a warm 45 to 50 degrees out.

Wow, awesome! Good luck!
What to wear - something you have run in comfortably before. Do NOT run in new clothes/shoes/gear. You might be fine, you might end up with chaffing, blisters, issues.
Not sure what you usually run with, but I suggest taking your usual gear and some water to keep hydrated before your run. You'll do awesome!0 -
Oh - and don't try to stick with the pack when the race starts. Start off at a slower pace and increase it as you move along. LOTS of people start off the race with a bang by running really fast at the beginning, but run out of stamina toward the end because they've worn themselves out at the beginning. It'll be hard to pace yourself, but worth it. I always end up wanting to stay with the pack - but I end up huffing and puffing halfway through the first kilometer if I do.0

Thanks for the tips. Finding what my pace is or should be is hard.0

Oh you will have so much fun!
I was super nervous before my first race, too. I found this topic to be super helpful at laying out what to expect, some dos and don'ts, and just general race info. Really helped calm my nerves a bit, give it a read: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/279198-running-tip-so-you-are-about-to-do-your-first-race
He covers everything from a full marathon to a 5k, so not all of it will apply, but it still gives great info.
Good luck tomorrow and have a great race!0 -
