I am new to running but I love it. I love the runners high! However I know I'm not that great...any tips for beginner runners?

    Not sure what your fitness level is/how easy you find it, but I've just started c25k and am enjoying it so far!
    It's designed to get you from the couch to running a 5k in 8 weeks by alternating walking/jogging and gradually increasing the jogging until it's just that. (although you can repeat weeks if you need to and it's done by timings so the distance will depend on your pace - it's recommended to go slow and worry about speed at the end)
