Hey,
I've been going at 1,200kcal and after many posts I've decided to be sensible and increase my calorie intake a little....however my big problem is, how do I change the settings on my diary so I don't have a heart attack everyday saying I am over my calories ^^;

In Settings, Update diet/fitness profile, change your What is your goal? (down to lose .5lb per week, for example), save the change, and that will set your calorie goal higher.0

Only lets me go 1,400 or 1,200 not in-between >.<0

You can manually type over the number on the iPhone app x0
-
Under goals, you can change your goals and use the "custom" rather than the "guided" setting.0
