shakeology cleanse info

Hi, I am considering the shakeology cleanse, while I am not too keen on the price I am considering it because I would like a bit of a boost, can anyone give me on some information on what to do, what not to do, and results you witnessed? Also, what flavor would you recommend because it is hard for me to keep down something disgusting. Thanks in advance.

    I have never tried it, but my BFF did. The shakes actually come w/ workout dvd's so that makes the pricing not so ridiculous LOL. She said it made her feel 100% better and gave her tons of energy. I have heard of people w/ health ailments say that it has relieved them of pain and made their illnesses disappear or become much more manageable. It also gives you more than enough daily nutrients in just one shake. Its worth it to try it, but I hear its best to mix it with water, because milk will make it WAY too thick................hope this helps! :happy:
