hi,
this is my first day on the program and I am really nervous. I've always talked about my weight privately with friends, but this my first time trying this publicly I've had friends who I tried to lose weight with but it never really worked (its hard with a room full of food cheaters). Anywho, I'm really hoping some public support will really help me out.

Welcome! This is my first time too! First time needing to loose weight and first time using an app and a public forum! I really enjoy the calorie counting app and it really shows you how much you eat or don't eat!! LOL...I do tend to be hungry around bedtime, but usually ignore it and go to sleep. I am on day seven. Day 5 was the hardest for me! Good luck!0 -
This is my first time here as well. I used to be over on sparkpeople, and that worked to help me lose just short of 100lbs, but these last 40 are a killer. Hoping something new will help!
