Flabby abs

So this has been asked many times on MFP, but I'm hoping for a new perspective!

In the past 12 years I've lost well over 100lbs, 44 of those in the past 9 months, and as a result I'm pretty toned apart from my flabby abs :-( Attractive, I know.

Whenever I bend over, they just sag; when I jump they nearly take my eyes out. I'm not sure whether it's loose skin from my weight loss, or just that I need to tone, or that I need to lose more weight (not keen on the latter, since I'm just above 'underweight' for my height)

At present, I do pilates and a couple of Jillian Michaels workouts 5-6 times a week, plus elliptical trainer at the gym once a week and plenty of walking. All have been amazing for getting rid of my bingo wings and toning my legs, but I really want to do something about my midsection.
