I don't know if anyone else has heard of a Mug Shot? It's basically pasta in a mug.
per 100g, there is 111calories
per sachet, there is 301 calories
68g per sachet.
Right, now, is it just me or is that all wrong? Surely, it should be about 77 cals per sachet?

If your scale is accurate, then yes, it seems the 301 calories per sachet is incorrect.0

It could be (and by the sounds of it , more likely is) the calories when prepared... rather than the dry weight..0

Yeah, It's when its prepared. I still don't understand. How can 100g of prepared pasta be less than 68g of prepared pasta?0
