Hi everyone, I am new here and one thing I have noticed is that there are a lot of people willing to give blunt opinions. I need some of that. Please be honest, I will not take this personally, but I am just starting my journey so I want to know what I should be trying to aim for.

Specifically please tell me if I look like I need to lose or just tone up. I know I am wearing all my clothes in the photo, but I think it gives a decent idea. Ignore my hair, it will never look much better than that, and red is not everyone's favorite anyway.
