Hoping for someone in same situation as me

I am 30 years old. I weight 285 according to the scale this morning.

Currently I am taking Testosterone Gel, 2 pumps a day. I know that plays a big part in muscle/fat ratio.

I am here in Michigan so the weather is getting better.

I am just wondering if anyone has calculated how many calories needed to loose 2 lbs a week.
Also, what would be the best macro nutrients to use.

Seems like everyday I am going up one lbs and I don't understand it.
I am staying way below my calories and I am exercising too.

Just need a little motivation.
