    Exactly what would that show you? One data point? Impedance scales only measure your lower body (up one leg and down the other) and are drastically affected by hydration levels, and even how dry your skin is. They are completely inaccurate.
    He's not going to understand that. Plus he's an anomaly so regular rules don't apply to him. Didn't you know that?

    That why my friends body fat% scale was off by 2% from a bod pod which is used by pro athletes. The bod pod was broken. I should of thought of that.

    A broken clock is right twice a day. Also, what was the time difference between measurements? You realize hydration effects body fat%, right? Percentages are ratios, eat food, and your percentages will all change.

    the time difference was 20 minutes. before and after the bod pod. same results.
