I never understood lifestyles for calculators

Say I live a sedentary lifestyle, in general my days are pretty lazy. Except I work out fairly intense at night.
How does that work? Am I considered to have an active+ lifestyle?
Sedentary/rarel or never workout = 2300 tdee
Active/workout 4 or more times a week = 2800 - 3000+
But if my works out consist of only burning like 200, how does it come to that figure? Does the stimulation to my metabolism from said workouts really give me that much of a calorie window?
Not trying to figure anything out, just curious.
