Hello,

I've done a search for this topic and couldn't find anything relevant. I'm trying to estimate how many calories are in a serving of meat and cheese off of a meat and cheese deli tray from a function I attended. It was ham and turkey meat with swiss and pepperjack. I really really don't want to have to input each cheese and meat, so does anyone have a ballpark entry in the diary? I'm willing to overestimate a bit.

I found one, but it said a small serving was 780 cals. That seems WAY over for the small amount I had.

I would log them individually - it won't take long. Figure out about how many slices you had of each of the meats and find a reasonable match in the database. Most packaged lunchmeats (like Hillshire Farm, etc) are about 5 slices per serving, so enter the portion you ate. Cheeses - find the closest match for those too, considering what a pre-sliced square of swiss (or any other cheese) might be (probably about a 1 ounce serving), and adjust as needed (if the slices on the tray were small triangle, or a half square, etc).

it's one day, so guessing and being off a bit is not a big deal.
