Stretching vs. last 5 minutes of cardio

Hey Everyone,

I love to do cardio and try to eek out each second of a workout that I can. My question to ya'll is it more beneficial for me to stretch or get that extra 5 minutes in.

    Strech, strech, and then strech some more. Flexibility and warm muscles will help you to avoid injuries in the future.
