Did you see results in thighs too as people seem to just talk about a butt lift0 -

Agree. Under a barbell loaded with plates.0 -
I had good results from it...butt lift...that's it.
keep in mind it was the first bodyweight exercise I had done in 10 years.
the best thing is it spurred me on to do more...
I was sore at the start and would break them up into sets using different stance to work different muscle.
I think I lost like 1/2inch off of each thigh but that was it.
I liked the changed in my butt...0
