Hi everyone
I have been in calorie defect since jan 2010
I have lost 28 lbs but plateud for a month
I am now 132 lbs having gained 4pm in last couple weeks
I think it is because I am peri menopause
I work out 6 days a week for 90 mins at least doing weights twice a week
And cardio intervals the other days
I am veggie never eat fried foods or processed foods
Any ideas to help kick start fat loss again
