I use my George Foreman grill for everything. Here is a recipe that I came up with that is a great substitute for pizza , made with Tortillas cooked on the George Foreman Grill.

2 - Flour tortillas
2 – tbsp Meat flavored spaghetti sauce
10 sprays of “I can’t Believe it’s Not Butter” spray margarine
14 Pieces Pepperoni
1 slice onion
1/4 cup Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp Tastefully Simple "Italian Garlic Bread Seasoning"

Take tortilla and spray with “I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter” spray margarine and sprinkle with Tastefully Simple "Italian Garlic Bread Seasoning." Turn over in plate and cover with spaghetti sauce. Place pepperoni on top of sauce to cover tortilla, add onion slices (or any other ingredients you like on your Pizzadilla.) Cover with Mozzarella Cheese and cover with another tortilla, spray with margarine and sprinkle with Italian Garlic Bread Seasoning.

Preheat George Foreman Grill to 450 degrees. Place entire Pizzadilla on grill and close lid.
Cook for 4 minutes (or until starts to sizzle.) Remove and slice into 4 parts with pizza cutter.

Using low cal tortillas, and turkey pepperoni can lower calorie count.
