    nothing i have to save some calories i am taking my 8nyear old to mcdonalds for his birthday,... i will have 4 nuggets and a yougurt though for lunch!!!!:laugh: :laugh:

    onion bagel w/cream cheese... yesterday I didn't get close to my 1200 calorie goal so I have to beef up the calories a bit.. (never thought I'd hear myself saying that)
