I'm offically starting on Monday, so I'm gettin myself all sorted out before then, so that I can start off with a BANG!!
I seem find it easier to control my eating at work than at home. So hopefully I'll be too busy chatting to you all after work and on the weekends to worry about all those bad things lurking in the kitchen. x:smile:

    Welcome! I also tend to eat more at home and definitely on weekends. To counteract this I do two things:

    1. Fill out my food log early in the day (helps me stay on target)
    2. Exercise extra on the weekends so I can eat a few more calories
