Gained weight back

Hey all, I was under a lot of exam stress in April and ended up gaining about 5-7lbs in 1.5 months as I stopped exercising - literally spent most of my time under extreme stress and studying all day. Anyway, my body has recovered from the stressors as I've made myself do two workout sessions which helped but I am eating a lot in general. I find it really difficult to cut down at the minute. I feel disgusting being overweight as it's started to really show now aswell and even though I am motivated, I see a slimmer me in my mind as I was before, my motivation is fluctuates because I feel I got a long way to go, I'm 10lbs from my ideal weight (135lbs, 5'5"). I've been through this before but worse where I gained a stone in summer and got rid of it in Uni.
