30 day shred logging?

Hi, hope I'm not being repetitive but I looked through the forum a little and couldn't find the answer to my question. I will be starting 30 day shred today but I'm not sure what to log it under. Is it just cardio, aerobics, high impact aerobics, or none of the above? Thanks!!
