Elliptical HIIT Question

So today I'll be hitting the gym with HIIT in mind. I'm super excited as from what I hear and have read, its almost a guarantee you will be drenched in sweat by the end, and I LOVE sweat!! *Cry Fat Cry* My biggest goals in the gym is for my shirt to be completely soaked! No better feeling to me.
That being said, a lot of the HIIT programs I see online call for Resistance and incline. Only problem, the ellipticals at my Gym does not have an incline option, just simply resistance.
This is what I normally do:
30 min on the Elliptical- Random Setting (A lot of Up & Down Hills/ Resistance Level 6-8)
Is the incline simply doing hills or is it an actual setting like on a Dreadmill?
Also, anyone suggest an HIIT Elliptical program to follow or got one of your own?
