Needed: A good weight training program

Hello myfitnesspal friends!
I have come to the miraculous conclusion that my goals were not to lose weight- but to lose fat. I know that I need to eat clean to help lose fat, but what weight training/cardio program has helped you guys in the past?

    Most importantly, find something you enjoy enough to stick to. The C25k program is great if you want to start running. Starting Strength, New Rules of Lifting or Stronglifts 5x5 are good beginner weightlifting programs. If you prefer circuit training, there are a number of good HIIT programs out there (I personally had good success with Insanity, but there are plenty of cheaper options that are equally effective). Find what works for you.
