gauging by hte plastic fork i'm guessing this is a reasonably fast food joint. i can't tell what it is, but it looks maybe like a tostada? i'd guess about 850 calories0

i could make a better guess if i knew the ingredients. there's something there that looks reminiscent of meat.. .but it's questionable0 -
The ingredients are: frybread, beans, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.0
-
around 750 calories. sodium is over 1000 though.0
-
MMM looks good...LOL I would say it was about 500 to 600 calories.0
-
Wait! I'm changing my guess to 1750 calories. just realized that is 9" in diameter.0

edit dblpst0

i didn't realize that was frybread ... and is that right that it's 9in in diameter? i up my guess to 1250 or higher...i'm gonna go look it up though now cuz i'm curious
edit: i have the answer but i want to wait to see what other people guess0 -
I've never taken a tape measure to the thing, but it fits on the paper plate they serve it on so I would guess 9-10".
(We used to eat this every friday for lunch, I actually looked forward to 'frybread friday'. Now I have to entice the fiance with other options he loves, but we still end up having it 1-2 times a month :grumble: ) I have it estimated at around 1300.0 -
Never head of fry bread. Looks good. That cheese has to be at least 500 calories, and the bread has to be at least 500 calories. I'd say 1500 total.0

Man I should post my enchilada fries from a mexican food place down the street...I love them...but they are probably like a zillion calories.0
-
when i checked on livestrong, it quoted as 1020 calories. that's not including meat. not the worst thing to eat on occasion, but not something to eat every day... the calorie equivalent is about a dozen apples0

I'd guess about 1100....that plate sized fried tostada (or whatever it is ...is the killer). Not to mention 2-3 oz of cheese. Just my guess though.0
