I woke up this morning with cramps which can only mean one thing...Aunt Flow is in town:sick:
I ate an egg for protein, then went and did my 50 minutes on the elliptical.
Cramps went bye-bye and I'm happy!!!

    Ugh

    Isn't that the worst
Talking about AF...it's been soooo much better since the weight lose
Don't know if it's because I am eating better, lighter or working out

Hang in there..great job for getting your work-out in and out of the way

People KNOW not to mess with me too much for the first couple of days....and if they do mess with me they'd better be wearing a helmet!

I'm with you GTO, only my cramps were yesterday. I only started following MFP last Monday, and in that one week i lost 3 pounds, according to my scale. So i did the unthinkable, and stepped back on lastnight. I know it's not a good idea to do this during AF's monthly visit, but i was curious to see if there would be a change, and how signifigant. Anyway, i was up 2 pounds of the 3 i lost! Even though i know it's water weight, it was still a little discouraging to see that number jump up a tad. I didn't do my cardio lastngiht either because i was quite tired, but i'm back at it again tonight for sure. I feel completely bloated and disgusting..but that's to be expected. Boo to aunt flo.
