Wassup people. I just lost 6 pounds but am still struggling. I need help on filling myself up with fewer calories. If anyone can tell me any ways to keep myself full please tell me.

I've always heard that water can fill you up & found it to be true. Crystal Lite has some WONDERFUL flavors to add to your water. I love their lemonade & fruit punch flavors & always keep a container full of one or the other in my fridge for when I can't choke down another glass of boring plain water.0

LOTS of fiber. Vegies are very little calories but so filling. I start my meals with a salad and that fills me up. also pick whole grains and avoid anything white. More protein helps keep you full. I try and limit my carbs because they are high calorie and don't keep you full long. Play with it and find what works for you.0

I also like to eat a lot with minimum calories. I do a fair bit of cardio - running/cycling - and don't eat much processed food so I use salt as a calorie-free flavouring. Don't know if this appeals but I just ate a large plate of mashed potatoes (no butter or cream, just mashed in the cooking water plus salt and pepper) with a 100gm pack of camembert chopped into it. Total under 500 calories and a serious amount of food :-) Also because I don't eat or drink much with sugar I (often) eat marshmallows. Again, serious bulk, takes ages to eat, and 100gm has about 350 fatfree calories .. not much more than two little boxes of Sunrise raisins and I was thrilled to see an 85gm package had less sugar than the sports drinks I was using on long rides. Frozen grapes are also quite time-consuming to eat so I eat less than if they were raw. Raisins and apples are good fillers. I am also a big meat eater. I fry thin slices of pork and beef in a non-stick pan without oil, adding water or soysauce if it starts sticking. I even throw in vegetables for good health and extra volume! I grill chicken with the skin - yum! And finally, definitely not to many people's taste, I add two teaspoons of psylium husk which keeps me regular to a small amount of meusli, add water (I hate milk) and leave it to expand into a large bowl of breakfast fodder. I recommend weighing meusli though, it has a horrific number of calories.
For the record, I do try and eat healthily occasionally!0 -
I do lots of crystal light water, fruits and vegies, granola bars, and salads.
I'm just now trying to cut back on my carbs so I'm cutting out the white things in food; I just hope I can accomplish it!0
