    A few...

The "those aren't pillows," "your F'd", driving on the wrong side of the highway, and rental car on fire scenes in the John Candy/Steve Martin movie Plains, Trains and Automobiles. I remember going to the theatre to see that movie, and everyone in there was cracking up.

Ruthless People - kidnappers (Judge Reinhold) having to lower the ransom because her (Bette Midler) husband (Danny Devito) doesn't want her back.

The scene in Stir Crazy where Richard Prior and Gene Wilder are put in that little prison cell with that huge murderer.

George Hamilton (as Dracula) flying around (as a bat) in Love at First Bite being mistaken for chicken (a hungry family tried to catch and eat him)

Austin Powers (the First one), the slow moving steamroller scene is hilarious.

I have seen Ghostbusters more times than I can count. I saw it as a kid in the theater, and when it came back at a midnight screening I took my kid sister to see it on the big screen. I ALWAYS crack up at the end when they are "clearing their minds" to prevent Gozer from sending the second coming. It goes like this:

    Gozer: The Choice is made!
Dr. Peter Venkman: Whoa! Ho! Ho! Whoa-oa!
    Gozer: The Traveller has come!
Dr. Peter Venkman: Nobody choosed anything!
    [turns to Egon]
Dr. Peter Venkman: Did you choose anything?
    Dr. Egon Spengler: No.
Dr. Peter Venkman: [to Winston] Did YOU?
Winston Zeddemore: My mind is totally blank.
Dr. Peter Venkman: *I* didn't choose anything...
[long pause, Peter, Egon and Winston all look at Ray]
Dr Ray Stantz: I couldn't help it. It just popped in there.
Dr. Peter Venkman: [angrily] What? *What* "just popped in there?"
Dr Ray Stantz: I... I... I tried to think...
    Dr. Egon Spengler: LOOK!
[they all look over one side of the roof]
Dr Ray Stantz: No! It CAN'T be!
Dr. Peter Venkman: What is it?
Dr Ray Stantz: It CAN'T be!
Dr. Peter Venkman: What did you DO, Ray?
    Winston Zeddemore: Oh, ****!
[they all see a giant cubic white head topped with a sailor hat, Peter looks at Ray]
Dr Ray Stantz: [somberly] It's the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

Ron Burgundy: Boy, that escalated quickly... I mean, that really got out of hand fast.
Champ Kind: It jumped up a notch.
Ron Burgundy: It did, didn't it?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, I stabbed a man in the heart.
Ron Burgundy: I saw that. Brick killed a guy. Did you throw a trident?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, there were horses, and a man on fire, and I killed a guy with a trident.
Ron Burgundy: Brick, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. You should find yourself a safehouse or a relative close by. Lay low for a while, because you're probably wanted for murder.

From Snatch: Right before Brad Pitt's character goes into a fight, [roused from his drunken stupor] "I need to have a sh***!"

    From Trainspotting:
Begbie: That lassie got glassed, and no c*** leaves here till we find out what c*** did it.
Man: [shouts] Who the f*** are you?
    Begbie: Yeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!
    [kicks him in the crotch]

I have too many favorite movies to name but definitely some of those listed here. Special mention to Super Troopers, that movie is awsome: "Stinks Like Sex in Here."

Also a few favorites from Kevin Smith.

+1 on Nothing to Lose, Dumb and Dumber, and Ace Ventura (both of them) - so many hilarious scenes in both movies.

Also, plenty of scenes in the Hangover 1 and 2. I wasn't a huge fan of the third one. My favorite is probably:

Allen: It says he we should work in teams. Who wants to be my spotter.
Doug: I don't think you should be doing too much gambling tonight, Allen.
Allen: Gambling? Who said anything about gambling? It's not gambling if you know you're going to win. Counting cards is a fool-proof system.
    Stu: It's also illegal.
Allen: It's not illegal, it's frowned upon - like masturbating on an elevator.
Phil: I'm pretty sure that's illegal, too.
Allen: Yeah, maybe after 9/11 when everyone got so sensitive. Thanks a lot, Bin Laden.
Doug: Either way, you've gotta be super smart to count cards, buddy, okay? It's not easy.
Allen: Oh really? Maybe we should tell that to Rainmain, because he nearly bankrupted a casino and he was a ruh-tard.

Other movies with great funny scenes: Knocked Up, Superbad, Easy A, Just Go With It

Wow, I just realized that I typed "elevator" instead of "airplane." How the hell....?

Simon Pegg has a direct line to my funny bone...I find him absolutely hilarious...whether it be in "Shaun of the Dead", "Hot Fuzz" or even his role as Scotty in the Star Trek movies, he cracks me up.
