Hello Everyone!
I'm new to the site and ready to get started on my weight lost! I was recently divorced and figured it was time for a new and improved me...I know I will need all the help I can to figure this stuff out and keep me going, I love to run but due to a knee injury I can no longer run so I will try to keep to walking for my exercise. As far as food, I'm not a big eater, but due to depression I must admit I used it for comfort, but NO MORE! ... I wish everyone good luck on their goal and maybe together we can all get where we want to be...
