Someone mentioned it earlier, but it's worth revisiting. Sounds to me like perhaps your "regular" amount of 1200 cals a day might be what leads to this overeating on the weekends. Even the way you described it..."I deserve it"...like you've punished yourself all week with 1200 cals, so why not eat what you want on the weekend. If your goal is weight loss, you could actually be undoing everything on the weekends. Add up those calories so you know for sure. And consider switching to a more reasonable calorie goal that is sustainable.
As tfor the "do I maybe have an ED" issue - I have no comment as I have no experience and would never presume to know the answer. Sounds like others have given some sound advice on that one.0 -
