5'2" Female lifter… With some fat to shed

Hey guys, Im new to MFP. Started training consistently between Dec 2013-Jan 2014 at least 5 days a week. I've made a lot of progress in terms of strength since I have been focusing on weight training. But I reaally want to finally say Hi to my abs and triceps!
I do know the basics, but any advice or personal experiences are welcome :)
