On tv today!!! Yes!! Today!!! Finally, the information we all need to find the fountain of youth and healthy-whatever. To keep our hearts healthy, we should.......wait for it, wait for it.... eat a healthy diet, maintain a healthy weight, stop smoking, keep levels of bad stuff down and good stuff up (y'all know what I mean), exercise, somethin' else. Sorry, my bad......maybe keep stress down? maybe have better quality and quantities of sleep??? Prolly so....... news to me so I thought I'd share. You're welcome. :bigsmile:
