Made this last night for lunches, it's so hearty and great comfort food and low enough calories that you can have a slab of toasted sourdough on the side ;) It's also cheap to make!

Steggles - Turkey Shortcuts Mince (97% Fat Free), 500 grams
Generic - Onion Brown Raw Large, 0.5 large
Lean Bacon - Eye, 85 g
Woolworths Home Brand - Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 1kg bag
Coles - Cannelini Beans, 1 can (drained)
Celery - Raw, 1 cup chopped
Beans - Snap, green, raw, decent handful, chopped
Massel - Salt Reduced Chicken Style Stock Powder, 2 tbs
Continental - Bacon Stock Cube, 2 Cube
Colgin - Hickory Liquid Smoke, 1 tsp. (optional)

(obviously brand names are because I copied and pasted, but use what you can get!)

In a large saucepan, fry the onion and bacon in a spray of olive oil or a little water.
Add turkey and brown.

Add the frozen veg (just a cheap bag of frozen mixed veg), chopped green beans, chopped celery and drained cannelini beans with enough water to cover and add the chicken and bacon stock powder. Simmer until vegies are cooked.

Add the liquid smoke (if you like it - I find it gives that smokey bacon campfire taste).
