Decreasing carbs, change of diet, healthy vegans

I am currently 18 yrs old, 5ft 3in, and 100 lbs. I am not trying to lose weight, but since I want to look leaner and have some smaller body parts (butt, thighs, stomach), I figured this would be the right way to get support and advice from fellow mfp users. I have never reached out to other dieting individuals before, but I believe that I want my goals to be achieved with people who have seen results or are working towards them.
For the past 7 weeks, I have been on a fruit-based diet. I wasn't perfectly vegan, but I did eat mainly fruits and smoothies. I am deciding to give up on this eating style, known as HCLF/801010 veganism, since it's not something I plan to do long-term, but it was really helpful in suppressing my junk food, take-out and fast food, or processed food consumption. I did not gain or lose any weight, actively exercise, or experience cravings in this HCLF diet. Also, my calorie intake would range from 1200-1700. I had only 4 (purposely decided) cheat days of 2000 cals, but every day during these 7 weeks I had carbs be 70-90% of my calories.
I want to now switch to a healthy 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein diet, and put exercise and abs workouts into my weekly schedule. Before I get criticism about high carb low fat veganism, I was honestly taking a huge risk following that. I went on board with the fruit diet community on Instagram since they advertised how it solves eating disorders or binge/restrictive eating habits. I totally agree that my mental state of mind has completely cleared up and I am not obsessed with the quantity of foods, but the quality. I truly see myself picking healthier food options, and feeling happy with that permanent change.
I am curious to see the effects that this fruit diet had on my body, positive and negative. Since I cannot see a change in weight, what other ways can I see if these past 7 weeks changed my metabolism? I had minimal calories that came from protein or fat. I hope that my transition into a regular diet will not damage my body or delay my body from growing leaner. I want to know what any of you think I should do about my transition. I honestly don't know if I should start eating flour again (pasta, bread) or oil (I had oil only on cheat days) or if it's best to keep my fat 10% and make my protein 40%... Please inform me with helpful tips. Thank you for giving me some of your time.
