Nike Running App Different From Treadmill

So I've done some googling and I know it is not just me, but has anyone run into this issue and figured out how to deal with it, or which to trust? My Nike Running app says I'm going faster than my treadmill says. I'll run say 4.8 mph, 2 miles. That's like a 12:35 mile or so. My nike app will say I ran each mile just under 11 min, and of course making my overall distance longer than 2 miles. What do i trust? The treadmill at the gym, or the app? Is there a way to fix calibration of the app? I hold it in my hand and I properly tell it I am doing so. It's just frustrating!
