I have one, but I do NOT know how to categorize it at all. I know it works my legs, arms, and stomach but how would I input it into my exercise? Right now I have it as a rowing machine but I don't think that's right... I need someone who will be very thorough and precise as to WHAT I should put it under.

Yeah, don't overthink it. Logging it as rowing is fine, but even that might be too generous in terms of how many calories it gives you.0
