Not hungry after only small surplus

I've been eating around the 1500-1600 calories each day for the past week (trying to avoid the extreme zig-zaging I was doing previously with overeating then not eating much). I think I did ok last week, didn't have any real urges for eating too much, even when I went camping with the family which usually involves lots of snacking etc. Yesterday I baked, which is also usually a trigger for eating too much, but I managed to only really go over by about 500-600 calories, which evens out over the week to a reasonable weekly average.
Today, I had a little bit of a different breakfast, with slightly higher calories than usual (nearly 400 compared to 250-260). Normally I would have a homemade granola bar as a morning snack (I didn't on the weekend, with my normal lower cal breakfast), but it's nearly lunch time and I really have no hunger or appetite. I wouldn't have thought that having a weekly average of where I'm supposed to be, even with a slight surplus from yesterday, would cause me to not be hungry - normally I know I need to eat around 9-9:30am.
My diary should be open - I've kept my 'raw energy bar' in my planned eating for the day, just in case the hungers do come in this afternoon.
Any ideas, or should I just treat this as an anomaly and wait for tomorrow when it should all be back to normal?

I think because you ate more calories at breakfast you weren't hungry for a mid morning snack. I usually eat around 400 calories for breakfast with lots of protein and that holds me a good 4 hours, usually until lunch.0

I usually do a high protein breakfast too such as eggs or overnight oatmeal with greek yogurt0

Thanks for the quick comments. However, just checking the two breakfasts - they both have about 22-23g protein in them. I was definitely having gurgly tummy noises both days on the weekend (and could have done with my morning snack), similar to previous days where I did have the morning snack. Today, just feeling full ... even now and I guess I'm going to force myself to eat something for lunch.0

My morning meal(s) is usually my biggest and I feel it sets me up for the day. I wouldn't force myself to eat if I wasn't hungry I'd save those calories for later in the day when I might want them0

Thanks - I just had something small to eat for lunch - see how the rest of the day works out ...0

Upping calories at breakfast usually has the effect of lowering hunger thought the day. This is perfectly normal0

My next question is - if I'm not hungry, should I try to eat, to avoid having too low a content for the end of the day? As mentioned before, I have been known to do extreme highs and lows within the same week and I'm aiming for a more consistent approach ... I know it's only one day and tomorrow it could all change again - just looking for any and all advice!0
