Anyone else doing meal replacement shakes?

Well, not meal replacement but diet shakes, which I use for at least 2 meals, well only 1 yesterday. They really are filling. I also drink at least a full glass of water before I drink a shake. Equate plus diet, 180 calories, forget the other things in it.0

Like anything some are filling and others aren't!!! How are you doing the shakes? I'm down 2lbs and today is day 3!!!
Be careful--and cautious--about losing too fast. I can link to some articles for you if you'd like, but there are very serious health reasons to strive for a 1-2 pound weight loss per week.
Please know I'm saying this out of concerns for your health and not to be a downer.0 -
I do a protein shake a few times a week using almond milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen fruit and veggies. I use in addition to my food as a snack. I get tired of just drinking my meals really fast so it's not sustainable for me to use as meals. I tried herbalife but after a week of drinking breakfast and lunch I thought another shake would make me sick! I gained the weight back fast that time!!!0

Thank you for your concern it means a lot to me, I am beyond grateful for your concern.
The first week I think I will lose 3-4lbs I am half way through and have lost 2.2lbs but when I did it before the same happened, then it went down to 1-2lbs, sometimes less sometimes more. But I do agree not to lose too fast. I am currently following an 1800 calorie diet, most days my average is about 1400?0 -

I'm not worried about you dangerously under-eating on 1400-1800 unless you're super active. Keep an eye on yourself, including how you feel, and just be aware. And good luck.0
