5'4'' goals?

Hi, all right...I'm 5'4'' and I've been between 125-130 lbs since I was twelve. Starting to wonder if I can even change this--so, I'm wondering what the goals are for other people in my height range--and what else do you guys do to get there? I've just never gotten the hang of all this!

    I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is where you are now.

    Soo... I don't know how much you plan to lose?
