Hello

I have had eating issues my entire life. I was never super tiny, but never had a weight problem. I never liked eating and I would go days with hardly any food at all. I drank a lot of fluids. I became pregnant with my daughter and was put on bed rest just about 6 months and was bored and I actually started eating. Well, I gained 67lbs. Now my body is in what they say is starvation mode and it doesn't matter how much I exercise I won't lose weight. They are right I exercise a a lot and haven't lost anything. I started this program 5 days ago and lost 2 lbs. I am not use to eating so much and it is really, really hard. Having it all in my face along with my goals all day is what I think I need!
