30 day shred gain.

I don't know if this is in the right place, sorry! About 3 weeks ago i kicked my *kitten* into gear to get fit and lose weight, properly. I started with a week and a bit of healthy eating, reduced cals and the like and started at the gum beginning of last week. I have also done three days of the 30 day shred so far and weighed myself this morning and i have gained lie, a fraction of a pound. I know it doesn't seem like much but due to my size i have been having very good wright losses of like 4-5lbs a week until this week. Is this normal? Is it because ive started exercise? I didn't take measurements even though i know i should have and definitely wish i had now! Thanks guys and excuse any typos, in on my phone

yes, when i first did 30DS i lost 2lbs in the first day or two and then put it back on and stayed at that for the next 2-3 weeks. i was losing size though and had comments that i looked more toned.
i'd advise taking measurements now and retake them each week.
