Pumpkin Cheesecake Pudding

Usually it's vanilla pudding mix, but the only closest thing I had was cheesecake. I replaced some things with healthier versions.

Ingredients

* 1 pkg. (1 oz.) sugar-free, fat-free, cheesecake or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
* 2 cups original almond milk or fat-free milk
* 1 can (15 oz) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
* 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
* Fat free whipped topping (optional)

Directions
BEAT pudding mix and milk according to package directions in large bowl; refrigerate for 5 minutes. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; mix well. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until ready to serve. Top with whipped topping, if desired.

With the almond milk, cheesecake mix, and cinnamon sugar, my recipe thing tells me for 1/2 cup (serves approx. 7) it is:

Fat: 1
Protein: 2
Sodium: 105
Iron: 3
